The Mid-Atlantic Transportation and Logistics Institute has developed its many
workforce development and degree programs utilizing a dual customer model. That is,
recognizing the fact that not only is the student a customer, but the employer of
that student as well. In a world of tight margins and short-lived competitive advantage, we know that a company’s human resources are more important then ever.
